Eligibility Requirements

Participants must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract and be located within Canada to enroll in Cyberviro courses.

Currently, Cyberviro's training programs are available exclusively within Canada and comply with Canadian laws.

User Account

Protect your account credentials and notify Cyberviro immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable without explicit permission from Cyberviro.

Cyberviro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose security risks.

Service Description

Cyberviro delivers IT security awareness education through online modules designed to improve cybersecurity knowledge and practices.

Course content and features may be updated periodically to reflect evolving IT security trends and best practices.

While Cyberviro strives for continuous access, service interruptions may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen events.

User Conduct Rules

Participants must adhere to the following rules to maintain a safe and productive learning environment:

  • Respect other participants and instructors; harassment or discrimination is not tolerated.
  • Use Cyberviro resources solely for intended educational purposes.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security measures or access restricted materials.
  • Report any inappropriate content or activities promptly to Cyberviro management.
  • Abide by all applicable laws when using Cyberviro services.
  • Refrain from distributing course materials without authorization.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during courses.

User Content Policy

Users may submit content such as questions or feedback related to Cyberviro courses under these terms.

Content submitted remains the property of the user, but grants Cyberviro a license to use it for educational and promotional purposes.

By submitting content, users allow Cyberviro to reproduce, modify, and distribute it within the scope of the training program.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their content does not infringe on third-party rights or contain malicious material.

Cyberviro reserves the right to remove any user content that violates these terms without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, activity, and content on Cyberviro are protected by intellectual property laws and owned by Cyberviro or licensors.

  • Do not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display Cyberviro materials without authorization.
  • Use of Cyberviro logo or branding requires explicit permission.
  • Violations may result in legal action and termination of access.

Paid Services

Certain IT security awareness courses at Cyberviro require payment to access premium content and certification.

Course pricing details are provided on our website and are subject to change with prior notice.

Payments must be made using accepted methods. Access is granted upon successful payment confirmation.

Subscription options may be available for continuous access to multiple courses or updates.

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and subject to Cyberviro’s evaluation of the circumstances.

Users may cancel subscriptions following the terms outlined during purchase, observing any applicable notice periods.
